Terms of use
The rules for using invite4U. Please read them before you publish an invite.
Last updated 28 October 2026
Who we are
invite4U is run by [Your full legal name or registered business name], [Full postal address, with PIN code] (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What the service is
invite4U lets you make a digital invitation from one of our templates. Designing an invite and sharing a watermarked preview are free. Paying publishes the invite: the watermark is removed and the invite opens for anyone you send the link to.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to make an account or pay.
- Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Give us a working email address so we can reach you about your invite and payments.
What you put in your invite
The names, dates, places and messages in your invite are yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to anyone who opens your invite’s link, only so we can run the service.
You confirm that:
- you have the agreement of the people you name in the invite, including the family members you add;
- the invite is for a real event you are hosting or helping to host;
- nothing in it is unlawful, hateful, threatening, misleading or someone else’s private information.
We may remove an invite, or close an account, that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why. If we remove an invite for breaking these rules, the payment is not refunded.
Our templates and artwork
The templates, illustrations, patterns and code belong to us or to the artists who licensed them to us. Your published invite may be shared freely, for your event. You may not copy the artwork out of the invite, sell it, or use it to make other products.
Paying to publish
- The price is shown in Indian rupees before you pay, including any taxes that apply.
- One payment publishes one invite. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.
- After publishing you can still change your invite’s details at no extra cost.
- Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
Keeping your invite online
We aim to keep published invites online for as long as invite4U runs. If we ever have to close the service, we will email you at least 60 days before, so you can save your invite.
Anyone who has the link can open your invite. We do not list invites anywhere on the site, but we cannot control who your guests forward the link to.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep the site running and your invite correct, but we provide the service as it is. Please check every detail before you publish. We are not responsible for mistakes in the details you enter, or for losses caused by a guest relying on them. If we are found responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is the amount you paid us for that invite.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, email you. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. If we can’t, the courts of [City] will hear the dispute.
